Lindsey's Weird Day (Cont'd).
Just now, I almost toppled an entire cart of books going from carpet to linoleum. A student was headed towards me. As he passed me he started singing Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer. What the f---? Was this supposed to be some sort of clever comment? Could he smell the tequila on my breath?

Well, that's just odd. Why would he be singing that song? I've had adolescents make fun of me before in odd ways. I once encountered a girl at an ice skating rink who began talking to me about sewing. I realized, after several seconds of me staring at her as if she had three heads, that she was making some sort of comment about my wardrobe.
I can't for the life of me, though, figure out how singing "Rudolph" would be in any way related to you nearly spilling books all over the place. Was book cart drill part of the elusive "reindeer games?"
did you have a red nose after all that Jose Cuervo in your desk?
Yes, that may have well been the reason for the comment.
