Loco no mas.

Some of you have heard me complain incessantly about my crazy neighbor. You know, the one who makes weird noises and watches her TV with the volume turned all the way up, while wearing earplugs. Oh, yes. Well today, while conversing with my apartment manager on an unrelated topic, I learned that the neighbor has moved out! To say that I am elated, dear readers, doesn't seem to cover it.
